Chef Sanket Hoskote brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Jharokha by Indus. His journey began in his grandmother's kitchen, igniting a lifelong passion for cooking. After honing his skills at IHM-Chennai and the acclaimed Carnival by Tresind in Dubai, Sanket led Alchemy in Bangalore to win "Best Modern Indian Restaurant". Now, as Executive Chef at Jharokha, he blends traditional Indian flavors with modern techniques, creating innovative dishes that honor his roots while pushing culinary boundaries.
